Biao Huang is a Ph.D student in the School of Sustainability, currently working with Eli Fenichel and Joshua Abbott. In 2009 he completed an MS in Agricultural and Resource Economics, Oregon State University, majoring in Agricultural and Resource Economics. Whilst at Oregan State he was also a research assistant on a NOAA Project “The Value of In-stream Water Temperature Forecasts”. In 2006 he completed an MS at theCenter for Chinese Agricultural Policy, Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His BA, 2002, is from Chengdu University of Technology. His field of interests are bio-economics, operations research and spatial economics.
